At Valdivia, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by artisans in Ecuador and carefully
inspected before shipment. Our signature hats are handwoven using traditional techniques passed down through generations, making every piece truly unique.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and to preserve their quality and integrity, all sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, as wearable items cannot be resold once received, and repeated shipping may compromise the condition of our handcrafted pieces.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding fit, style, or sizing, we are happy to assist prior to purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at valdiviabrand2022@gmail.com. Please include your order number along with photographs of the item and packaging so we may review the issue and assist you promptly.


Artisan Craftsmanship
Every Valdivia piece is individually handcrafted by artisans in Ecuador. Slight variations in color, weave, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects. These subtle variations reflect the authenticity of each piece and make it uniquely yours.
